Maybe, or maybe they are letting you have one more chance to get some value here without snagging the rug out from under ya.
From the start, BF has stated a philosophy and desire to help investors at the ground floor have access to a life changing investment.
it's on the wall here. all over it.....they are giving another chance for shorties to avoid getting burned here.
i've been wrong before. that's not hard to admit BUT, it looks like they are about to pull the rug out(if they use the concealed fire power by retiring a significant amount of preferreds. This significant retirement of 1000s upon 1000s of common shares is your 2nd signal. It really doesn't get much clearer actually. This action speaks much louder than our posts here to date and it corroborates what you have read here on this board if you have done your due dilligence.
several here have tried to tell you guys earlier than today.
eventually it probably WILL BE too late if you are inclined to shorting on margin.
i am almost begging you NOT to short this stock. and it's not for my sake. i could literally strike a match to my stake here and be fine. i've seen what shorting can do to a family much less the one who decided to go in hard on the margins. just don't short more than you can afford to lose like a 1000 times over and still be rich with money.....
i don't think Monday is 100% going to be the permanent gap up that it could be but, if they actually use the real guns(retire a significant amount of preferreds).....or if today's after market hours CC beats minimal expectations of some of the posters here,
the price WILL then be beyond reproach and with more marketing to boot.
please be safe with any decision to short here any more after this point. the signals have been sent. they tried to go easy but, it looks like it will be more difficult to hold it back after today.
i don't want anyone to get burned bad. that is all i'm trying to do with this posting.
eventually, BF will tire of waiting to uplist and he will use his tools more agressively if needed. that's not just an FYI.

as always, never invest what you cannot afford to lose entirely.
maybe 95% or 99% of OTC companies don't make it but, right now this weekend and into the forseeable future may not be the best time to bet against this 1.
