RoyalDude.....with all due respect for your diligence in pointing out these money moves, the banks are just taking advantage of these high market valuations to sell Debt instruments into the marketplace to satisfy Tier ratios that are required by banking regulations....as a matter of fact, it really signals a coming financial event, in which the banks must have available capital on hand if there are bank runs on depositor savings, similar to 2008....it is obvious when reading these offerings, that there is no mention of this money that will go to satisfy obligations from the Wamu receivership, or anything connected to Wmih, or the bankruptcy chapter11....think of it this way.....one does not raise money when you don't need it, you only raise money when you think that you might need it... and that what the banks are doing....they are raising money because they think they might need it.....peace, and keep safe
