I called MAXD and got information on the most important stuff

I was amazed. I got through on the second attempt. Ok here it is...

On the proposal:

"I don’t have anything on the regulatory level yet (the proposal) but hopefully I will have something in
the next couple days.

There is something going on. I just can't’ say right now what it is or what it will yield but there is

definitely something going on and there is a lot of fire behind it that will help us."

And he told me that we never said it’s going to be in motion on the 5th. All we said is that they have until the 5th to tell us what they are going to do.
