Lets be realistic

We have changed the accounting service provider (upgraded to the one who do Nasdaq companies). Principle of the old one retired and I did not feel that working with new one was beneficial.

The new provider is larger, more busy, and has to go through a learning curve as we are new and a bit different.

So is some delay. We will be current as soon as possible.
