Nobody starts a combo trial with an agent they have worked with over a decade if they suspect it doesn't have a mechanism of action.

Nobody who understands the science here would argue DCVax-L does not have a method of action. And it is reasonably well known exactly what that is.

Translating that to the current P3 having produced results is a far different issue. Many, many drugs with validated MOA's have failed trials.
