Out of curiosity, let's say that a patient in the trial is judged to have progressed at a fixed date. Then that patient goes on to live for many years thereafter, perhaps even found to be cancer free. Do the clinician go back and eliminate that progression, or is the patient someone viewed to have progressed, but miraculously lived for years and counted as surviving that long or longer if still alive.

I'm not saying the patient pseudo progressed, I'm saying the progression was clear and real, but the patient got better rather than continuing to get worse. I'm wondering if PFS has been called for many patients who went on to live much longer lives.
