It's in somewhat of a channel right now with relatively high volume. It's obviously not going down due to selling pressure, or going up due to buying pressure imo but stays in a channel. To me, it looks typical of Institutions accumulating shares slowly over time. Buys just enough until the price goes up a dime, then waits for it to fall back to buy more, stealing cheap shares from the impatient. Rinse & repeat.
