When they invested, they invested in NaturalShrimp Holdings (NSH). I don’t believe they had any control over the creation of the Series A shares.

And the $160K was Shover’s original complaint. I expect it represented what he thought his Series A shares were worth out the time.

Of course, we all know that theSeries A shares are worth the entire market cap of SHMP, so Mr. Shover appears to be short-changing himself. I wonder why?
