Swegen, you’re absolutely right about the full on upside case. And indeed, if I were LP, I could imagine taking a similar strategy and execution roadmap to shut down any potential market divergence from full valuation.

However, again, my first post was a response to a “good faith v bad faith” question. And there are a lot of non-unequivocal result scenarios which would still mean LP and team are acting in “good faith” despite the delay. Those good scenarios have come at me second-hand from oncologists who are also (keenly) speculating on the results.

Again, for patients, for humanity and for shareholders, I truly hope that the total unequivocal case gets delivered. But even if it’s only a “good” outcome, all three of those stakeholders would still benefit massively.
