Investors who bought say from Tuesday Jan 16 2007 and later were screwed.
Total shares are going to be increased from 250 million shares to 975 million shares (like dividing share price by 4, back to 0.00xy dollars).
They want to change the name of the company and be allowed to do R/S without shareholders consent.

Too bad, share prices going to 0.00xy
