I don't believe that the SHMP insiders own a majority of the Series A shares. But I could be wrong. Easterling wields his power as the "trustee" of the Series A shares. It appears there was never a vote taken on the matter.

Is it possible that Mr. Shover talked a majority of the Series A shareholders to press his case...and...at the same time...somehow convince them to accept pennies on the dollar?
