A. I thought these ambulance chaser attorney's were cheap and

B. Would the fact a lawsuit was filed prohibit him from discussing the details of the pending suit?

A. If you want a good attorney in the D.C. Area, assume you are paying $300-$400 per hour. I doubt anyone is going to take a case like this on contingency for a portion of the eventual recovery because there probably won't be any. Civil cases can eat up a ton of time with discovery and motions and the people on the other side of this have all the money in the world.

B. Nope. Many companies as a matter of policy do not discuss pending litigation but there is nothing to stop someone from talking about it. And you can assume that the defendant would spin the whole thing as a smear campaign by NWBO to silence their critics and keep the news of their failed trial from getting out, blah, blah. Just use it as more publicity.
