Reading the share structure discussion. Share structure DOES MATTER when a small company with limited resources (which includes revenue from sales) cannot support the share price. Bloated share structure kills the very important market cap number, which is what investors look at when determining a company’s value. A reverse split only works when a company is strong enough to support it. Biel is not currently at that point. Can they get there? If I didn’t believe they could, I wouldn’t be invested. The share price is a DIRECT RESULT of the current share structure. The ripple effect is pink sheet status which opens it up to heavy manipulation from mms, shorters and day traders. Hopefully increasing exposure, adding oem partners and most importantly SALES REVENUE will lift them out of this malaise. We need a few positive earnings reports as well as national exposure to move this along. Lastly, reverse splits done too soon, erodes share price and kills investments. Luckily biel management understands that.
