Uber, I don't disagree that SHMP's cost are open to debates. I 100 percent agree. Until they scale, they truly have no idea.

However, $10 per pound shrimp for a high quality 16-20 is the going rate. Those are shrimp that come from Ecuador and you can ask any shrimp store and they will agree with me. I was actually surprised they were paying that much until I did the research

As for $45 a plate, that is actually funny. Please name one restaurant in America (not a Vietnam shrimp buffet) that places a pound of shrimp on your plate. Really? A high quality restaurant is not placing a pound of shrimp on a plate. That is actually funny. Is that the same restaurant that serves the 20 ounce Johnny Blue.
