That's what I thought as well that hemp companies after Farm Bill, (which made hemp federally legal), would be able to uplist but I think the fact they haven't done so yet could be that Safe Banking is not in place. On the other hand I thought it was interesting that they decided to not go through acquisition of Stanley Brothers Marijuana buisness until it is federally legal so I think there is definitely a reason why they wanted to keep it separately and don't get involved into Marijuana yet and limit themselves in case it could longer for Marijuana to get legal..
Does anyone know any US based hemp company that is listed on big board?
