Many people bid sit on stocks to get a better price than paying the ask. And in some they get filled. I don't think many if any are getting filled at .0003 when this POS is .0003 by .0004. It's easy logic. Buy a huge block at .0003 or try to and dump it at at .0004 when it goes to .0004 by .0005. Most are getting filled at .0004 and making nothing if it doesn't get past .0005.
