Doesn't the latest public update say that the deal is 33.47M shares at .07 ($2.34M) and paying off liabilities of $3.91M. Wouldn't that make the purchase price only $6.25M? Could it be that PKG liabilities are for the real estate holdings and that they are being paid off using that money from CBBT?
Kind of throws $20M out the window does it not? Maybe I'm just confused at this point. It seems, to me at least, that PKG took a butt load of shares knowing that it'd be worth way more than $20M later and got rid of most of their liabilities to boot.
