No, Im saying CDEL is on its last legs and going to fleece the OTC and investors till the rules change. They have today and tomorrow to cover any short positions and then every move they make will be watched and monitored if the new rules pass. In my opinion they are pushing prices down trying to scare the market out of their positions to cover their naked positions before the rule changes. The next couple days will be rough.
