Somehow people interpreted the May 5th date as a deadline to announce the acquisition. When it's actually the deadline to pay off PKG debts. The actual acquisition closing could be today, or later this year. I'm sure there a tons of issues to resolve. Corporate leadership structure, real estate, etc
