Conjecture does not make an accusation true! I know of at least one other Co' I was associated with, who hasn't filed for over two years also, but has an impressive reason for doing so! The CEO is one of the best around, Kevin Kreisler of (Gers,) and because of a technicality, he lost every one of them, including the Supreme Court look-see, who branded him as a crook and a thief, and dismissed his Appeal?
Many CEOs would have done the same thing unwittingly, being early Penny Stock Co's who couldn't even afford Lawyers at the time! KK still has options open to him, but whether they will succeed is highly doubtful? Talk about scholarly Posters, you won't find any better anywhere, except a number of really excellent Scholars over here! They have dissected the cases to the most minute degree and even 3 of them went to Washington, DC, to witness the proceedings with the highest Appeal Court, which was one of the most humiliating experience they ever went through! One of the Two presiding Judges opened-up by Remarking; "Kevin, you ought to be in Jail," then outright dismissed the whole process without giving Kevin and the Lawyers a chance to even talk about the case! True story, and if you refer to the "The Skunk and Gers," who studies Stocks that have potential, you will see what GERS had to go through from the beginning of the 3 Court appearances, to the end, (Not the end yet?) and what tiny Penny Stocks have to go through?
Then, this supposed irregularity came at the very earliest point in their careers when the first of many patents was being considered for its legality, which after once again going through the Patent in question, passed the test of legality in every facet, even the exact time it was patented! The Lady Patent Official who gave the certificate of Patent to GERS the FIRST TIME around, stated: "Gers in no way misrepresented anything to us!!" My paraphrase, but exact in intent! Then the Second Patent certification, came around and the USPTO RE-CERTIFIED the Patent again! All the cases took about 7-8 years to finally "Conclude," but broke the tiny Co' which K.K. is still trying to revive!
We had 21 Infringement, yes (21,) cases going on at the same time, and lost all of the suits, though Kevin is still pursuing his case through the higher courts! He didn't file for 2 & 1/2 years, fearing the creditors would all place sell orders at the same time, which would have ruined him and our Co'? Yes, he was categorized as a Demon by a few, but he spent over 15 Mil' of his own dollars to fight what he stills thinks is a "Moral" case? So, many years of hard work and maybe 12 Patents, had to be sacrificed to another Co' just to get the cash needed (18 Mil') from Gers (Attis Inc.,) to continue on! Many great Patents were given to that Co' for the 18 Mil' in exchange for that money! SO, small inexperienced Co's have to face many assaults on them! It is often the BIG GUYS against the LITTLE guys, so there it is! The little guy gets stopped in its tracks by ruthless people, who yes, had to face Infringement Lawsuits, but whose Lawyers found a supposed loophole to win all those 21 I-cases, which evidently could not be countermanded by Gers for whatever reason!!! This case is in the Annals of historic court cases!!! The Best to all Investors!
