I doubt anyone needs a cut and paste definition show on what a ‘borrowed’ short is. I am right no matter how it’s cut on the new regs as well as short volume being ‘naked’ shorts until and or if ever covered. Now, would you like to have a debate on the exemptions in place for toxic CD shares sold naked into the market before the shares are ever issued and never covered or the people who have been indicted and convicted of same. I’m all in to do this ALL day demonstrating the realities of pennyland and naked shorting; the idea of refusing naked shorts exist because they are not listed in the ‘short’ interest report is…. With GM$ the trading world witnessed first hand what hedge funds have denied for years, NAKED SHORTS, even in the all so regulated and watched big board SEC stocks. I look forward to in depth discussions in the history behind this starting formally with the Madoff Exemptions going forward.
