The current Auditor will be doing the 2021 Q's, and the 2021 10-K later this year.

I have pleaded with Henry to change to an actual accounting firm after that, as being dependent on one individual is not in the best interests of the company or shareholders.

If something were to happen to that guy, we would be in a world of hurt.

Currently, my understanding is that the Auditor does not have any family members affected by the horrible Covid outbreak in India, but if that were to change, it would delay everything, and that would not be good....
