Notice that I said "If". We had conversations earlier about that. My premise is that "if" he wanted to deal with us in an easy way-get our shares trading again. There would be no basis for shareholder lawsuits-we would be back to market value of our stock-able to buy or sell it. There would be no requirement to share any of the proceeds-they would stay in the corporation as value for our stock price. After a win, new investors would be interested in our shares because of potential new money from other infringers. I plan to tell him this if he shows up at trial.
