If anyone is telegraphing ASCO it is LL and the company does not have any control over what she is doing. As far as I can see, the company remains tight lipped. They have had a few breadcrumbs point to ASCO, but largely their moves look more like a negotiation if I am to believe the CEOs on this board which I do. All the pieces that have been pulled together regarding company actions have been yanked, prodded, and sleuthed along with SEC filings and a degree of experience mixed in to create a picture that seems difficult to deny.

As far as MMs and the AF mafia, they need someone to sell them shares in order to cover. They can’t find them. Not for lack of trying, and I defer to the experts, but my naive view is something changed a while back and every time they try to drive the price down they are met with buying. Not enough to catapult the price, but enough to defend and accumulate.

Besides, telegraphing works two ways...yes it gives shorts a time frame to work under, but it also gives longs hope and courage. While I believe there is a big player eating up the shorts attempts as well as the 20M or more warrants released into the market the past two months, I also believe that us longs held back some fuel to add to the fire at the right time. (thanks for those posts BTW - I need to do that formally with the next release of shares outstanding). My trigger finger got Itchy recently and I have been averaging up...boy that feels good to say.

The trouble for me is that this market presented several good biotech buying opportunities and the wise thing to do is spread things around.
