Bill, That is correct. The oral arguments at rehearing were narrowed in scope. I listened to those arguments and heard no sign that any of the judges had a change of opinion. No new legal briefs were introduced prior to the arguments. I think the same result will occur. Wording of the ruling will likely be a little different.
