Wrong. OTCQB is not an exchange, which means they can't uplist. Listings are only for exchanges.

There is absolutely no difference between pink and OTCMarket's made-up market designations like OTCQB. It is just for show.

And obviously it works on some "investors" who don't know the difference.

This is nothing but a pump and dump being run by the toxic death spiral convertible holders.
