Which ever made tRump look good. Pfizer I think gave that turned down deal to the UK.
I'll stick to my theory that tRump couldn't get enough money or credit from early pfizer vaccines for his desires.

Oorrrr, yertle told tRump it was too much money. Yertle needs the money for himself and his state pork buddies.

On another note...wouldn't you just love to be the lawyers on that? 10's to 100's of millions to the lawyers. Instant retirement.
