I have heard that song and dance before about buying and holding.

I guess with Buffett he can afford to give money back.

At the end of 2007 Reits were tanking while I was cruising along at 11%.

I moved everything to bonds.

And as I said Buffett bailed on banks when he should have seen a recovery.

For the past year no one was spending any money and BKs dropped by 38%. The banks clean up in 1q2021.
