Does anyone truly know Walter's agenda for the Ukraine trip? If so lets have it. Maybe the analysis is not complete delays by the third party. Didn't someone say there are three companies conducting the analysis. Maybe Walter is counting on other activities to be completed before making the trip and until that is completed what is the use of going. No company works on timelines the shareholders are expecting, things change. Just look at your own work and how things are being delayed, many reasons and legit ones at that. Relax people, this world is complex always something getting in the way but it dosen't mean "lack of interest".
