I have to agree with you. Walter going to the Ukraine sooner rather than later shows the urgency of what's going on there.
It shows they really do have something exciting and he should be there to supervise.
If he goes later rather than sooner, it may portend that they are still aways from any important findings.
After the Manitoba Show would put it after November 15.
Today Walter apparently told someone who phoned him from the RB board that he was having trouble communicating with the core analysts in Ukraine. So more of a reason he would want to be on scene if something important was develooping.
