Yes, all the stockholders from William Carter list will get paid. The first person to get paid will be Rob Howe’s family followed by us remaining stockholders. The payment will be in a form of dividend payment with a balance to be left in working capital. Working Capital to be placed in UNIFIEDONLINE!, LLC. The beginning………….
