Just a side comment that is pure speculation. I think all of our efforts here a couple years ago got into the head of our CEO. Mostly in a good way but also in a bit of a bad way. I think it worried him. I think he started feeling like he could lose control. I also think it contributed to him pulling the trigger on the direct offering. It was a way to neuter most of and make us less of a factor/threat.

Yet I think the direct offering will have the exact opposite effect. While most of us here are now less of a factor, there are 3 new people who each own 1mil shares or more. Worse yet or better yet, they each have far more financial ammo at their disposal including multiple trading desks. And the CEO owns less now than ever before!
