Private is definitely a way to go if you can find a way to buy stock in a Private Company please let me know.

As a Capitalist, I personally enjoy helping to provide Capital to the markets to help provide liquidity so that Corporations have a mechanism to utilize financing as needed. Most if not all of the other people, who live in a Constitutional Republic, are also correctly labelled Republicans and many of them are also proper capitalists.

Many of us enjoy putting capital into public index equities but, Private Businesses can also provide ways to "give" them access to money. Can you tell us if we can directly invest in the company you mentioned using a public exchange or an OTC market making entity? Or would we just mail a check directly to that Private Company's Boss? Or should we just buy $ADTM?
