I know that they can not raise money at these current share price levels without a trigger event. All they have left to avoid such are the warrants that will need to be exercised...and I highly doubt there is any form of "put" in place. They need the share price to be above $3.15 to get a raise...or do some form of discussion and gifts to avoid any trigger. Anti-dilutive measures are deemed a given in these scenarios.

They need real meat on the table and not the current vegemite spread. I hope they can do it.
