I agree, it would be easier to fit an elephant in a tuna fish can than to expect to get a seat in the court room. But if one of the inventors could take a laptop (they or one of them are on list to testify) in he could record it. My recording came out fairly well...was sitting 3rd row isle seat...it picked up conversations. Saw no signs "do not record"
