As of 2015 the FDA has never actually imposed the $10,000 initial penalty and after 30 day $10,000 per day fine. The article further stated that only 13.4 % of drug trial results are disclosed within the 1yr time frame and only 50.5% are disclosed within 5 yrs of trial completion. The article further stated that the FDA could collect 24 billion per year if they actually inforced the 2007 law. As I gather 4 day disclosure is an SEC requirement and the 1 year rule is an FDA requirement. Unless somethings changed in the last 6 yrs have a nice wait.
