The biggest problem is WDDD run out of cash, the appeal need 12-18 month to process, if LL and MSFT cases dismiss, how WDDD survive ? I think LL settlement has not signed yet, LL unable to sign until everything clear and completely reach to the deals, so they can cancel the settlement now. And I think S&G continue staying in appeal, they do not want to lose 11 years for nothing. Thom made a big mistake filed lawsuit in Boston, Like I said before if filed in TX already finished long time ago, I always complain about Casper's ability and she has been taking time on this case. I strongly believe political get involved on this case, she should make decision on 101 after last July, however she was waiting for president election over, after Biden elected, she then made motion 101 ruled against WDDD.
If Thom won't show up Monday to response to share holders immediately , share price will be tossed!!!
