Something I don't understand...

When the PPS got to $26, if you took that moment and froze it...

And broke down that $26 number by USA & ROW, something like:

USA 15
ROW 11

or

USA 13
ROW 13

I don't see any possibility that the breakdown would have been:

USA 21
ROW 5


The reason why I'm bringing this up is because today's PPS is $5. If we go back to that day when it was $26, again, there no way we would value ROW as low as $5.

Thus today's PPS makes absolutely no sense.
