No, I'm not confusing anything. Naked shorting is against the law other than for the market makers as described in the 2 links I provided. There are no naked shorts on this stock, that's BS. Who'd want to even short an OTC stock for a maximum gain of sub-penny to a few pennies anyway?

Call up your broker and tell them you'd like to naked short an OTC stock, see what they say.

On every OTC stock, you'll see that excuse when the selling begins. Either that or the evil market makers who have nothing to do but tank all these great stinky pink stocks. All of it is pure hogwash.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
