The “evidence” that Foelak’s opinion is wrong lies in the THOUSANDS of cases of delinquent filers that went before it.

Just because this ALJ “thinks” this case is somehow “different” than those thousands of others has no bearing. There’s more similarities than differences and the Board will point those out, when they overturn Foelak’s incorrect ruling and sanction DBMM.

I keep telling myself....deep breath....count to ten....try to answer without personal attack...if available, always try to present fact to back up your opinion.
