I will re- phrase.. they are probably sitting on many contracts.. to be pragmatic.. they would announce them after certification approval.. ONLY my opinion.. do not get the “ cart before the horse”.. we gotta just wait...what’s a month? Approval before June 1 .. imo.. unless a person is a flipper .. one tick here & there.. as a long .. I am fine...
