Anyone else notice that the SEC entered cease and desist orders and fines against 6 or 7 tickers just yesterday for falsifying their NT-10KS. Thats the first time Ive ever seen that. Maybe thats why SOLI hasnt followed through on their promise that the financials would be filed on time!
