That is good news! So only 1 defendant has been found and probably cant prove he should have gotten his 500 million shares. Which means still 2.9 billion shares can be retired to the treasury. This leaving the outstanding shares around 11.5 billion rather than 15 billion. And since one defendant is dead and 2 are no where to be found, it is likely that only 1 person at otc.capital will attempt to try to prove he was approved to get the shares to begin with. This was a short summary of the video and only my opinion of what seems to be going on as well as the person who made the video. NONETHELESS, looks like good news...
