I reiterate that I think it's BS people suffer because of a single malice individuals intentions. this should be changed at the SEC and I'll be reaching out to my contact and writing to OTCM to set up a dialogue accordingly.

I really hope something can become of this negative situation.

Because I don't deserve to be punished for someone else's malice.

I wonder if an omni PR stating it as false would take them out of CE status?

other than that it should be a limited or no information security. NOT CE ..
