None of this will mean anything until we get a real share accounting here. No payout can happen, and IMO, no lawyer will be able to take the case. As I posted earlier, it is claimed that Unifiedonline! owns 99% of UOIP shares fully converted. What figure is 99% referring to? What A/S and O/S was in effect at that time? Was the 6B A/S noted in the recent Delaware tax report also the O/S? Have to get the share structure to move on any legals. What if our shares don't exist? What if we really bought Billy's shares? There are more what ifs than that. These are questions needing answers- the legals could go in an entirely different direction depending on the real information.
