No offense to anyone but you all are over thinking what is going on here. Simply put, their financials have been a bit of a sh!t show and the auditors have been pushing back. Having Hipple take over for Flood did not improve matters and they are still struggling to get them finalized. Until they do, we’re stuck. I assure you, there is no master plan behind all these delays, which is unfortunate because it would be a nice thought.
