Manufacturing, manufacturing, manufacturing. Getting the Flaskworks process in place for the BLA is the most obvious reason for delay with timing details being worked out potentially with Merck being another. The journal article is a legit cover and the timing with that is still within reason as those in the know on this board can attest. I have no doubt that the fastest route to the most patients being served to meet expected demand is being pursued feverishly but at a pace mostly dictated by circumstances outside of the control of NWBO. Since Cognate made a move to double manufacturing capacity, then Charles Rivers Labs bought them and them suggested more space will be built out then maybe expected demand has moved to a new level that needs to be dealt with. Maybe good news is being turned into bad again? Best wishes.
