The last paragraph of item 4 is an interesting one. Did Billy convert all his preferred shares in 2015? It appears that his 900 million shares was his ownership after conversions. Was the A/S higher than that back then? Was it high enough for 1.6 billion shares in the O/S when we delisted? He claimed in that paragraph that after conversions, his Unified Online! company owned 99% of UOIP shares.
