The "perceived" gap fill down to .0141 is not necessary and does not have to happen. That is just some peoples' wishful hopes that it goes that low so they can load up down there. But again... THAT DOES NOT HAVE TO HAPPEN to satisfy a charting gap fill. The necessity for that does not exist except for those who wish the price would drop that low.
In my opinion... It's not going to happen. And anyway most of us don't want it to happen. We'd rather just see the price start trending back ^UP^... Thank you!
