Rodents are a lot smarter than people think. In San Francisco the rats are all on public assistance. They come here in droves because we're so liberal, and it's so easy to take advantage of the system. The City had to stop putting out traps because they were deliberately getting caught just for the welfare. So then some of them started chewing off their own feet.
